Steven D. Meier and Juli Damopoulos are financial advisers with Eagle Strategies LLC and engage clients in limited and comprehensive financial plans, as well as money management programs. Engagement fees vary depending on the complexity of issues, net worth and income of each client. Money management fees are determined by either equity or fixed income portfolios on a sliding scale.
Our first priority is to ensure that the financial planning process allows our clients to achieve their established financial goals and objectives. Any product available on a commission basis is the result of matching our clients' goals and objectives with the right product -- the outcome of the process we use in working with clients.
Cardinal Financial Advisers LLC was established in 1986, when Steven D. Meier began his financial services career.
Steven's experience and financial services education dates to 1986. He holds a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) degree from the graduate school of The American College. He also holds the following designations: AEP® Designation, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), and Wealth Management Certified Professional (WMCP®). Steven is dedicated to continuing his education and has been and will continue to be a student of the business.
Juli’s experience in the financial services industry dates to June of 2009, as the Recession was coming to an end. She holds a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation which she earned in 2020 from The American College and is currently furthering her knowledge and training through additional coursework and education. Juli is committed to continuing her education in the best interests of her clients.
Clients can expect to receive regular communication from Cardinal as well as the service providers associated with Cardinal. This communication includes but is not limited to: monthly and/or quarterly statements on accounts, access to the Cardinal website and provider company sites for viewing account information and other points of interest. Additionally, Steven and Juli meet with clients on an individual basis based on each client's level of comfort and need. They are always available and in touch to address concerns as they arise.
