Amber Stroh
Operations Manager
Amber joined the firm in March of 2019, starting as Executive Assistant. She transitioned to Operations Manager in 2023. Amber was raised in Northeastern Ohio and moved to Columbus after graduating from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Botany. Amber previously spent 17 years in aviation as a flight attendant and supervisor.
Amber was proud to earn her State Licensure in Life and Health Insurance in 2020. She greatly enjoys learning all the ways in which financial services can help bring peace of mind to people’s lives.
Amber has been married since 2015 and has one stepson. In her free time, she enjoys camping, gardening, embroidery, and reading. She loves animals and her family shares their home with a number of dogs, cats, and chinchillas.
Celina Tardugno
Accounts Coordinator
Celina joined Cardinal Financial Advisers in January of 2023. She previously spent 20 plus years in the mortgage industry. Celina has enjoyed expanding her knowledge of Financial Planning and loves learning more about retirement planning.
Celina lives in Orlando, FL with her husband and their two schnauzers. Celina and her family enjoy family dinners, traveling, and gardening.
Darla Halabica
Client Services Associate
Darla joined Cardinal Financial Advisers in September 2023. She assists Juli and Steven with servicing investment accounts. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Accounting, and Management from Baldwin Wallace in 2019. Her previous experience has provided her with a solid understanding of different financial products, taxes, and investment account services. Darla is an avid learner and appreciates expanding her knowledge of the industry. She enjoys studying the behavior of the market and providing the best possible client experience.
Darla lives outside of the Cleveland, OH area with her son, Damion. She is an outdoor enthusiast who hikes, fishes, hunts, kayaks, and bakes in her free time.
Gabriel Bonebrake
Registered Service Assistant
Gabriel joined Cardinal Financial Advisers in 2024. Gabriel is a seasoned Financial Professional with over 13 years of experience in both industry and consulting roles within Financial Services. Hailing from Kansas, Gabriel earned a dual major in Finance (specializing in Financial Services and Financial Controllership) along with a minor in Economics from Kansas State University. He has further bolstered his expertise with multiple financial certifications from the LOMA Institute and holds FINRA Licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66). Committed to ongoing learning, Gabriel diligently researches to deliver optimal products and knowledge tailored to the specific needs of Cardinal Financials’ clients.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Gabriel embarked on new personal milestones by getting engaged and acquiring his first apartment in Brooklyn, NY, in 2023. He looks forward to expanding his family in the coming years. Alongside his faithful canine companion, Gabriel cultivates a thriving collection of plants and indulges in activities such as cycling, jogging, exercising, and leisurely walks in Prospect Park. He prioritizes reconnecting with his roots by visiting family in Kansas regularly and endeavors to travel abroad at least once annually to broaden his horizons.
Veronica Clay
Administrative Assistant
Veronica joined Cardinal Financial Advisers in June 2024 as Administrative Assistant. She resides in Commercial Point, OH. She previously spent 20 years in the Public School System. She is excited to assist clients with their financial future.
Veronica is married with three daughters and three sons-in-laws. In her free time, she enjoys spending time playing with her grandchildren, hiking, running, and reading.
